I've been interested in the Attention Economy for a long time and this is a product which grew out of that interest. My thesis for the site was that if email acted like our real life interactions, then people could better control how much email they get.

All of this happens in the form of a dynamic email signature that lets your friends and colleagues know when your inbox is "full".
